XINGDA is specialized in the development and production of normal or high-strength bead wire with varying structures (common or special) and cross-sections (round or rectangular). The high-performance bead wire produced by XINGDA can effectively reduce tyre weight, fuel consumption and manufacturing costs while improving tyre safety, thereby meeting the green and sustainable requirements of the tyre industry.

Among the products, cable bead wire enjoys a number of advantages over conventional bead wire, including more uniformly distributed force at the bead cross-section, a more stable structure, excellent shock resistance and rolling resistance. XINGDA can already produce the cable bead wire and rectangular bead wire in volume.

Hose wire is a high-strength wire product uniformly coated with a layer of brass alloy. In a braided or spiral form, it’s used for rubber hose reinforcement, mainly in hydraulic hoses. The high-pressure rubber hose can withstand high temperature, pressure and impact, therefore it’s used in different scenarios including machinery, aviation, automobiles, marine operations, oil drilling and other special areas.

The high-pressure hydraulic hose wire specially developed and manufactured by XINGDA features a complete set of specifications, excellent resistance to high temperature/ pressure/ impact, a long service life, among other strengths.  At present, the Company is capable of mass production of hose wire with large diameters of 1.00 - 2.20mm and extremely high strength.

Galvanized wire/wire rope is mainly used as reinforcement material in conveyor belts, synchronous belts, elevator lifting belts and optical cables, it can also be used separately as a load-bearing part such as blocking ropes on both sides of highways. The galvanized wire/wire rope specially developed and manufactured by XINGDA features high strength, excellent fatigue and corrosion resistance and other strengths.
